Cologne/Oslo, November 4, 2025 — The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and Norway’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA Norway) have signed a landmark cooperation agreement at the Zero Emission Regional Aviation Conference 2025 (ZERAC25).
